》 Work at Sales Department as a team, will work closely with other departments ensuring the overall company performance and objective is achieved at all times.
》 Develop the plans, explaining product or services, prepare proposals on the project’s requirement. On high accuracy with a goals oriented to achieve sales business in the assigned market segment.
》 Responsible to follow up and ensure order be proceed as per contract on schedule delivered and invoiced, also collaborate with after sales technical teams to provide good services.
》Liaising directly with the clients, consultants, and Contractors with the HVAC skill set to offer the client best required air-conditioning solution
》Conduct study and comparison between competitors
》Assist in sales planning and marketing strategy for the company
– Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
» Good knowledge of the HVAC
» Having good sales, negotiation, and customer relation expertise
» Strong interpersonal expertise, good verbal and written communication expertise
» Capable of read, analyse, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control, drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations.
» Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
» Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from top management, customers, and service personnel
